Before you save your answers, they stay in this browser, on this device, and nowhere else. When you choose to save your results, your reading is stored on our server as well, so you can return to it.

Nobody else, including the person who invited you, an advisor, or other family members, can see your answers. Administrators of this platform can access stored records for support and security, in the same way any operator of a private service can. Creating a profile links your reading to your account, so you and anyone you invite into that workspace can then see it together.

Creating a profile is the only thing that changes where your reading can be seen from: your answers themselves are never rewritten by that step.

Once you save your results, that reading becomes a permanent part of your record and cannot be deleted, in the same way a completed form cannot be un-filed; it stays private to you and never carries your name, email or company unless you choose to add them.
